"Changing Gears"  This is a real favorite of mine.  I don't cycle but the gears still resonate with me.  The colors are really invigorating.  Cold wax and Oil and Collage framed in a simple black frame.  Of course I made it a little more interesting by inserting a bike chain between the frame and painting.  18" x 24"

"Go Home Again"

"Remembrance", Encaustic and collage.  Lots of layers and surface design on this one.  The Kodachrome slide was the perfect addition in my mind as the mottling reminded me of the endings of old home movies.  Lots of memories there, that's for sure. 12"x 12"
